Fatal collision in Footscray

A pedestrian has died following a collision in Footscray on Saturday, November 25.

It’s believed the pedestrian was struck by two separate vehicles at the intersection of Hallenstein and Hopkins streets about 10pm.

Emergency services performed CPR but the yet to be formally identified female has died at the scene.

The drivers of the two vehicles involved were uninjured, remained at the scene and are assisting police with their enquiries.

The exact circumstances are being investigated.
