Victory University will offer sport programs over the school holidays next year.
Victoria University Sport is offering its sport-based programs for kids aged 5-12 years from January 10 to January 21.
Kids can join a multi-sport program, or specific programs, to help them improve their skills in sports such as netball, basketball, or soccer.
Older children aged 9-12 can choose to participate in an elite AFL experience, or those aged 11-14 can try triathlon training.
The program’s coaches will be those at Victoria University who are completing degrees in exercise or sport science. VU’s experienced coaches are kid-loving VU students completing degrees mainly in sport, exercise or sport science.
Programs will take place at either at VU’s Footscray Park Campus or Whitten Oval, and run from 9am to 3.30pm, with aftercare services available until 5.30pm.
A five-lesson intensive swimming and water safety program is also available from 4pm onwards from 17 to 21 January.
