Drivers and public transport users are being warned to be alert to weekend disruptions on the road due to works for key major projects including the West Gate Tunnel Project.
The Princes Freeway inbound exit ramp to Geelong Road is closed until 5am Monday for ramp works.
Drivers can detour via M80 Ring Road (Greensborough-bound), Boundary Road and Little Boundary Road.
The Dynon Road entry ramp to CityLink outbound will be closed on Friday from 9pm until 5am for CityLink ramp widening works.
Westbound traffic will detour via Dynon Road, Whitehall Street and Footscray Road.
Buses are replacing trains on the Williamstown Line between Newport and Williamstown stations until Friday, December 10, while excavation works create a rail trench and lowered station platforms as part of removal of the Ferguson Street level crossing.
The Sunbury Line Upgrade will see buses replace trains on the Sunbury Line between Watergardens and Sunbury stations from 8.30pm on Friday until the last train on Sunday.
